What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
If you experience a dental emergency after hours, call our main line for instructions on how to reach our dentist. During office hours, we work emergency patients into our schedule, usually the same day they call.
How can your office help me relax?
Dr. Dahiya offers nitrous oxide, known as laughing gas, to help patients relax during dental procedures. If you need deeper relaxation, ask about oral sedation.
What are dental implants?
Dental implants are small posts placed into the jawbone to hold replacement teeth securely in place. Because the structure of a dental implant mimics the root-and-crown structure of a natural tooth, an implant is the closest prosthetic to nature’s design. One implant can hold a single tooth, or a few implants can anchor a bridge, partial, or denture.
How can I choose a good cosmetic dentist?
Any dentist can claim to be a cosmetic dentist. No certification is required. To make sure the dentist you choose for cosmetic procedures has experience and training, ask about his or her continuing education in cosmetic dentistry. Also be sure to review before-and-after photos of the dentist’s actual patients. If you do not feel comfortable and confident with the dentist’s abilities, you probably will not be happy with your cosmetic dental work. A good cosmetic dentist will have a portfolio of happy, beautiful patients, as well as testimonials and significant continuing education in esthetic procedures.
Do you accept dental insurance?
We are in network with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross/Blue Shield, MetLife, Guardian, and Delta Dental. We also file out-of-network insurance claims and accept assignment of benefits when allowed. Please prepare to pay your deductible or copay at your visit.
What are my payment options?
Pay for your dental care by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. You can also finance through CareCredit, a company that offers no- and low-interest loans for qualified applicants.
