Dr. Christopher Probst was born and raised in Wisconsin. Dr. Probst attended Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Illinois where he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. While at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Probst took advantage of the extensive surgical training and the advanced dentistry curriculum available. As someone who believes in lifelong learning, Dr. Probst continues to further his skills in dentistry, specifically with dental implant placement and restoration. Dr. Probst has also achieved advanced training in dental implant placement utilizing 3D computer aided imaging. Furthermore Dr. Probst is currently finalizing the achievement of fellowship status in the esteemed International Congress of Oral Implantologists by presenting an impressive selection of peer reviewed cases.
Dr. Probst practiced general dentistry in Illinois immediately after graduation. Dr. Probst and his wife decided they wanted to relocate to somewhere warm. They spent time in the Dallas area on several vacations where they thoroughly enjoyed their time. What they enjoyed most about Texas was the warm weather, and the southern hospitality, strong family values, chance to raise a family, and the constantly growing and developing cities and suburbs.

When Dr. Probst is not in the dental office, he enjoys running, watching sports, trying new local restaurants, photography and spending time with their French bulldog, Wrigley.

Dr. Jiaying Ren was raised in Chongqing, China before moving to Illinois. As a third-generation dentist, dentistry has always been a meaningful part of her life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Illinois—where she also met her husband, Dr. Christopher Probst.
Having once been self-conscious about her own teeth, Dr. Ren underwent both traditional braces and Invisalign to achieve her ideal smile. Her personal transformation fueled her passion for esthetic dentistry and Invisalign treatment. She believes everyone deserves to feel confident in their smile.
In 2025, Dr. Ren achieved her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a prestigious distinction that requires 500 hours of continuing education across all areas of general dentistry and passing a comprehensive exam equivalent in difficulty to board certification.
Outside the office, Dr. Ren enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with Dr. Probst and their French bulldogs—including @Little_Mr_Wrigley, who you can find on Instagram!
