Dr. Christopher Probst was born and raised in Wisconsin, where he learned the value of teamwork, leadership, and perseverance through years of playing team sports. Those early lessons shaped his approach to dentistry—one built on trust, communication, and working together toward a shared goal. For Dr. Probst, that goal is simple yet powerful: to renew smiles, restore confidence, and help every patient live a healthier, happier life.
Dr. Probst earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Illinois, where he received extensive training in dentistry. Dedicated to lifelong learning, he has focused his career on functionally driven and aesthetically pleasing dentistry designed for long-term health and natural beauty. His advanced training includes treating occlusal disease and integrating clear aligner therapy to improve bite function, balance, and smile longevity. Dr. Probst has also been recognized as an Invisalign® Pearl Provider as well as being a Gold Provider for three consecutive years, reflecting his commitment to innovation and exceptional patient outcomes.
After practicing in Illinois, Dr. Probst and his wife, Dr. Jiaying Ren, moved to Frisco,Texas, drawn by the warm weather, southern hospitality, and strong sense of community. At Renew Family Dentistry, Dr. Probst leads an outstanding team of professionals who share his passion for compassionate, high-quality care. Much like a great sports team, everyone at Renew brings their own expertise and pride in what they do—working together to deliver personalized care in a relaxing, spa-like environment where patients feel at ease and valued.
Outside the office, Dr. Probst loves spending time with his wife and their French bulldogs, Wrigley and Archie. He enjoys running, photography, exploring local restaurants, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Dr. Jiaying Ren was raised in Chongqing, China before moving to Illinois. As a third-generation dentist, dentistry has always been a meaningful part of her life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Illinois—where she also met her husband, Dr. Christopher Probst.
Having once been self-conscious about her own teeth, Dr. Ren underwent both traditional braces and Invisalign to achieve her ideal smile. Her personal transformation fueled her passion for esthetic dentistry and Invisalign treatment. She believes everyone deserves to feel confident in their smile.
In 2025, Dr. Ren achieved her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a prestigious distinction that requires 500 hours of continuing education across all areas of general dentistry and passing a comprehensive exam equivalent in difficulty to board certification.
Outside the office, Dr. Ren enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with Dr. Probst and their French bulldogs—including @Little_Mr_Wrigley, who you can find on Instagram!
For nearly two decades, Dr. Bryan Moore has dedicated his career to making dental surgery as comfortable and stress-free as possible for his patients. He has a special passion for wisdom teeth extractions, turning a procedure many people dread into a routine, low-anxiety experience—something he’s proven to thousands of patients throughout the DFW area. Renew Family Dentistry has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Moore since 2020, and we’re excited to welcome him to the team full-time.
Dr. Moore earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin before completing his D.D.S. at the Baylor College of Dentistry in 2002, followed by a general practice residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He went on to serve as Chief of Dentistry at Medical City Hospital in Dallas from 2005 to 2018. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Hospital Dentistry, a Master in the College of Sedation, and a Fellow of both the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and regularly lectures on oral surgery, sedation, and in-office emergency treatment for general dentists.
Dr. Moore and his wife, Michelle, have been married for 20 years and are the proud parents of a daughter, Macy, and a son, Bryce. They’re an active family who love playing hockey and soccer together and spend their summers wake surfing. Hockey remains Dr. Moore’s biggest passion outside of dentistry and family—he jokes that he’s a long-standing NHL free agent, though the league has yet to make the call.

Dr. Probst was really great with explaining procedure, asking all about my pain level, etc. the procedure was basically painless and I really appreciated all the lengths they went to in making me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety about being at the dentist. After the procedure I had very little soreness and the temporary cap was excellent. I could chew without any pain! I’m excited to find this dentist for any future needs.”
